中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间5月1日，由乌拉圭罗恰省省长阿尼巴尔•佩雷拉带领的乌拉圭罗恰省代表团到访浙江省舟山市。双方就开展双边经贸投资和渔业旅游合作等事宜进行了座谈。

CNCAO NEWS On May 1 Benjing time, Anibal Pereira, the governor of Departamento de Rocha, and the delegation of Rocha visited Zhoushan, Zhejiang. Leaders of these two areas have made a conversation about developing bilateral trade and investment as well as the cooperation in fishery tourism.

　　舟山群岛新区党工委副书记、市委副书记、市长温暖对阿尼巴尔•佩雷拉一行的到来表示欢迎，并简要介绍了舟山市情及新区开发建设情况。温暖说，舟山区位、港口优势突出，渔业、旅游等资源十分丰富。作为中国第四个新区，舟山正迎来跨越发展的重要时期，前不久刚刚获批设立中国（浙江）自贸试验区，绿色石化基地、波音737完工和交付中心等多个大项目加快推进建设，发展前景广阔。希望双方进一步加深友谊，深化在旅游、渔业、港务、教育等领域的多样化合作，实现互利互惠、共赢发展。

Wen Nuan, the deputy secretary of the party committee, deputy secretary of municipal party committee and mayor of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, has impressed warm welcome to the arrival of Anibal Pereira and others and chiefly introduced the general information of development and construction in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area. According to Wen Nuan, with excellent regional advantages, ports along with abundant fishery and tourists resources, Zhoushan is faced with a vital period of great-leap-forward development. As the fourth-established new area which gains a promising expectation in China, it has been approved to set up a pilot free trade zone in Zhejiang along with speeding up the establishment of the green petrochemical base, the completion and delivery center of Boeing 737 and other mega projects. It is wished that the two sides could deepen the friendship as well as getting profound and various joint work done in tourism, fishery, port affairs and educational areas to offer mutual benefit and achieve common progress.

　　阿尼巴尔•佩雷拉表示，此次到访舟山，是为了落实中乌两国元首去年会谈时就推动两国友好关系达成的共识。罗恰省正在积极对接融入“一带一路”战略，舟山和罗恰省已经在远洋渔业方面开展良好合作。希望双方今后增进了解，在渔业、旅游等方面友好交流、互惠合作，实现各领域深层次的“联姻”。

Anibal Pereira says that this trip to Zhoushan is aimed at reaching the common goal to promote the friendly relations between the two countries which was made last year. Rocha is making great effort in integrating into the Belt and Road Initiative and has already initiated jointly work in distant fishery with Zhoushan. And he also hopes that the two parties could continue the communication in fishery and tourism to achieve the goal of mutual collaboration and realize a deep level "intermarriage" in diverse fields.

　　位于乌拉圭东南部的罗恰省，濒临大西洋，以旅游、渔业、食品加工等著称。据了解，下一步舟山市将和乌拉圭罗恰省的港口城市拉帕洛马市建立友好交流合作关系。

Departamento de Rocha, located in the southeast of Uruguay and close to the Atlantic, is famous for its tourism, fishery and food processing. As we are told, the next step is get cooperation between Zhoushan and La Paloma, a port city in Rocha.
