中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间5月3日 作者从浙江省台资企业创业创新推进会上获悉，为进一步加大为台资企业融资服务力度，浙江省５年内将为台资企业提供总计500亿元人民币的融资授信额度。

CNCAO  NEWS On 3rd May Beijing time, the reporter learned from Zhejiang province Taiwanese enterprises entrepreneurshipand innovation promotion meeting that Zhejiang would provide Taiwanese enterprisesa total of 50 billion financing credit lines within 5 years in order to further increase the financing services for Taiwanese enterprises.

　　据悉，5年内，中国农业银行浙江省分行、国家开发银行浙江省分行和浙商银行将重点在健康、智能制造、信息、新能源、文化创意等产业及基础建设项目、投资银行领域、中小台资企业融资领域为台资企业发展提供支持。同时，还将积极创新金融产品，为台企推出流动性管理、跨境金融服务、新行业融资服务、小企业简式快速贷等金融服务。

It is understood that Agricultural Bank of China Zhejiang Branch, China Development Bank Zhejiang Branch and China Zheshang Bank will focus more on health, intelligent manufacturing, information, new energy, cultural and creative industries and infrastructure projects, investment banks and financing for medium and small-sized Taiwanese enterprises to provide support within 5 years. Meanwhile, they will also innovate financial products actively and launch liquidity management and cross-border financial services, new industry financing services small business simple fast loan and so on for Taiwanese enterprises.

　　浙江省台办主任庄跃成介绍，2016年，浙江省新设立台资企业、合同台资、实到台资数均同比大幅增长，是近年来浙江省使用台资金额最多、增长最快的一年。

Zhuang Yuecheng, director of Zhejiang Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office introduced that the amounts of newly established Taiwanese enterprises, contract Taiwanese funds and actual Taiwanese funds all increased by a big margin on a year-on-year basis in 2016. It was the year of Zhejiang usingthe largest amount of Taiwanese funds and having the fastest growing in recent years.

　　“台湾的生物科技、信息、文创、金融、农业等优势产业，与浙江‘八大万亿产业’具有互补借鉴意义，台资企业已成为浙江经济的重要组成部分。”庄跃成说。

‘There is a complementary significance between Taiwanese biotechnology, information, culture, finance, agriculture and other advantageous industries and ‘eight trillion industries’ of Zhejiang.’ Zhuang Yuecheng said.

　　据介绍，浙江省正抓紧调研修订《浙江省台湾同胞投资保障条例》，进一步鼓励台湾同胞到浙江创业创新，加大台湾同胞投资者权益保护力度。

It is understood that Zhejiang is stepping up research and revision of Taiwan compatriots investment protection regulations for further encouraging Taiwan compatriots to Zhejiang to conduct entrepreneurship and innovation and strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of investors of Taiwan compatriots.
