　　浙江省工商局网监分局副局长黄平介绍，天猫、淘宝的网络交易规则代表了当前平台规则的较高水准。蘑菇街网、贝贝网、网易严选网的交易规则相对完备，中国开关网、义乌购网、前店后厂网的交易规则基本成型，但规则的完整性方面仍需加强。跨境购、同城易购等平台网络交易规则未成体系。仅使用一些简单的问答式条款代替规则，网络交易规则缺失的相对较多。

　　据了解，今年“双11”期间，工商局将开展定向监测，主要监测未亮照亮标，伪造或冒用他人身份、是否发布了国家明令禁止销售未取得许可擅自销售的商品、“傍名牌”的商标标识、网络刷单炒信等行为，对技术检测发现的第一批97家网店涉及的284条违法线索重点监控。在监测结束后，工商局将对监测结果进行评估，并形成监测分析报告。对发现的违法行为依法进行处置。
