10月13日，中德工业城市联盟第四次全体会议在台州举行，中德工业城市联盟石化专业委员会等13个项目在会上签约，其中联盟项目1个、台州项目12个。同时，大会还发布5个联盟新成员名单。

　　据了解，中德工业城市联盟是由中、德两国重要工业城市联合发起和建立起的国际合作平台。目前，联盟已有成员城市33家，其中正式成员30家、观察员3家。

　　据统计，截至8月底，德国累计在浙投资设立800多家企业，投资总额超23.6亿美元。浙江在德投资设立347家企业，投资额26.3亿美元。中德工业城市联盟旨在将德国制造“质”的优势和中国制造“量”的优势紧密结合，共同发展。

According to statistics, as of the end of August, Germany has invested more than 800 enterprises in Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of over 2.36 billion dollars. Zhejiang invested 347 enterprises in Germany, with an investment of 2.63 billion dollars. The ISA aims to combine the advantages of "quality" of Made in Germany with the advantages of "quantity" of Made in China and develop together.

　　德国已成为台州第二大出口国家市场、第四大进口国家市场。台州将以中德（台州）产业园及其分园为重点，加快推进各地国别产业园建设，优化园区空间布局，提高产业合作层次，打造一批主体功能突出、外资来源地相对集中的国际产业合作园区。

Germany has become the second largest export country and the fourth largest import country in Taizhou. Taizhou will focus on the Sino·German (Taizhou) Industrial Park and its sub parks, speed up the construction of national industrial parks, optimize the spatial layout of the park, and improve the level of industrial cooperation to build a batch of international industrial cooperation parks with prominent main functions and relatively centralized foreign sources.
