中国网浪潮资讯 2017年世界机关王大赛于8月4日在嘉兴南湖世合双语学校附属第一小学重装开幕。来自泰国、印度尼西亚等国家和台湾、香港地区150余所中小学的168支赛事队伍，在GreenMech和R4M两个赛项中进行工程创意的设计、空间构建的巧思、赛事团队的默契等多维度的比拼。

CNCAO NEWS 2017 World GreenMech Contest reopened in Jiaxing Nanhu Alliance Bilingual Affiliated First Primary School on August 4. 168 teams from more than 150 primary and secondary schools of the countries like Thailand,Indonesia and regions like Taiwan,Hongkong competed for many dimensions like the design of engineering ideas,the ingenious conception of space construction, the tacit agreement of team and others in GreenMech and R4M two competition items.

　　本届世界机关王大赛自设赛十一年来第一次在大陆举办，由台湾中山大学、浙江少年儿童出版社、科技金融时报主办，嘉兴市南湖区教育学会和南湖世合双语学校附属第一小学承办。秉承STEAM科学赛事的宗旨，在激发赛手在科学、技术、工程、艺术、数学领域的创意发挥的同时，大赛还特别强调科技与公共安全及环境保护的结合。

The World GreenMech Contest was held for the first time in the mainland of China since it has lasted for 11 years, it was hosted by National Sun Yat-Sen University, Zhejiang Juvenile& Children’s Publishing House,Sci-Tech & Finance Times and was undertaken by Jiaxing Nanhu Society of Education and Nanhu Alliance Bilingual Affiliated First Primary School.Adhering to the principles of STEAM Scientific event, at the time of inspiring the creativity of competitors in the fields of Science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics to work,the contest also particularly emphasis on the combination of Scientific Technology, Public Security and Environmental Protection.

　　本届赛事以“保护家园”为主题，不同年级组别的赛手必须在给定的时间内，结合“陨石来袭”、“洪水来袭”、“雾霾来袭”的环境安全主题，完成躲避灾害的工程设计，像工程师一样创造出一个集合团队智慧的可执行方案。每个方案还需要设计出故事情境来对机关组合进行描述，用科学原理卡总结运用到的科学知识点。

The theme of the contest was “Protecting the homeland”, the competitors of different grade groups must combine with the environmental security themes of “Meteorite Strike”, “Flood Hit”, "Fog Hit"， complete a engineering design to avoid disasters within the given time like engineers create an executable program which gathers the team's intelligence. Every program also needs design a story context to describe the combinations of the bodies and uses scientific principle card to summarize the scientific knowledge used.

　　来自海内外的研究机器人教学、科技教学、物理实验类教学等stem教育背景的专家和教师30人担当了世界机关王大赛的裁判团。台湾中山大学颜庆祥教授担任总裁判长。

30 experts and teachers with stem educational background of researching on robot teaching, scientific teaching and physical experiment teaching from both domestic and overseas consisted the adjudication board of World GreenMech Contest. Yan Qingxiang,a professor of National Sun Yat-Sen University was the head of chief referee.

　　美国废弃物能源化研究与技术协会会员、地球系统科学与环境工程中心合作研究员张志霄博士作为世界机关王大赛裁判，认为机关王这样以基础科学和工程原理组合团队动手协作的赛事很能实现综合素质的提升，未来的科学探索乃至社会发展都需要逻辑性思考并自主解决问题的能力。

As a referee of World GreenMech Contest, member of American Waste-to-Energy Research and Technology Council and cooperative researcher of Center for Earth System Science and Environment Engineering Dr. Zhang Zhixiao thought that the event like GreenMech which combines teamwork with basic science and engineering principles together can easily achieve the improvement of comprehensive quality, scientific exploration even the social development in the future all need logical thinking and the ability of solving problem independently.
