中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月27日上午，金砖国家第三届通信部长会议在杭州举行。会议围绕“数字经济时代的通信技术融合创新”这一主题，将持续三天，来自俄罗斯、巴西、南非、印度的通信部长级代表汇聚西子湖畔，就信息通信技术创新发展、信息基础设施建设与互联互通等各国共同关注的议题进行探讨。

CNCAO NEWS On the morning of July 27th Beijing time, the third meeting of BRICS Communications Ministers was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Lasting for 3 days, the meeting centres on the theme of “integration and innovation of communication technology in the digital information age”. Ministerial representatives of communications from Russia, Brazil, South Africa, India converaged in the West Lake, discussing the mutual concerned topics about the innovative development of information cummunication technology, the construction of information infrastructure and interconnection.

　　中国工业和信息化副部长刘利华表示，随着全球信息通信技术进入不断融合和创新发展的新阶段，以移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能为代表的新一代信息通信技术创新步伐不断加快。

Liu Lihua, the vice minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, said that with global information communication technology entering the new stage of the integration and innovative development, the new pace of a new genearation of information communication technology which is represented by mobile internet, internet of things, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence speeds up continuously.

　　此次会议金砖国家通过了有关信息通信技术的共同发展纲领与行动计划。行动计划包括六个基本方向，即制定基于信息通信技术的国家发展计划；促进各层级信息通信领域公司的互动；重视研究、开发以及促进信息通信技术领域的创新发展；扩大和加强数字经济发展潜力；发展电子政务，包括公共移动应用开发；促进国际合作和共同行动的协调。

In this conference, Bricks passed the joint development programme and action plan about information communication technoloy. The action plan includes 6 cardinal directions, making the national development plan based on information communication technology, promoting the interaction of the companies in the information communication filed at all levels, paying attention to researching, exploitng and accelerating the innovative development in the information communication technology field, expanding and strengthening the development potential, developing E-government including the exploitation of public mobile Apps, promoting the coordination of international coorporation and joint action.
