编者按：这里是去年举办过“G20”峰会的城市，这里有世界文化遗产“西湖”，这里是中国大运河的最南端，这里是中国人所称的“人间天堂”。就在这里，昨天发生了一起煤气爆炸造成2人死亡40多人受伤的事故，然而事故发生的那一刻，除了现场的惨状让人痛心之外，一个个救人的场景，更让人感动。今天，转发当地媒体的文章，为这个城市疗伤。

　　“很正常 ”，但让人很感动

　　北京时间7月21日上午，古墩路商铺爆燃事件中，杭城市民感人肺腑的善举，再度涌现。

　　过路的司机来了：的哥黄亚锋途经事故点时，车辆已被殃及受损，在重新帮乘客打车后，他转身便投入了救援，抱着伤者往安全的地方奔去。小区的保安来了：正在巡逻的张健平师傅移开压在倒地伤者身上的玻璃窗，把她们背离现场。周围的住户也来了：租住在附近的张泉把4名伤者扶上自己的车，就近送医后默默离去。而当媒体作者在事后采访他们时，“我在现场，能帮就帮，很正常”“这是小事，真的没什么”，给出的回答出奇地一致。

The passing driver came: When taxi driver Huang Yafeng was passing through the accident point, the vehicles had been damaged.After helping the passengers to hail another taxi, he joined the rescue, carrying the injured to the safe area.The security of residential areas came: Zhang jianping, who was on patrol, removed the glass windows which are on the body of the injured, and brought them away from the scene. The surrounding households also come: Zhang quan, who rented the apartment nearby, took four of the wounded to his car and took them to the nearest hospital, leaving quietly. When reporters interviewed them, the same answers were given, "I'm on the spot, I can help, it's normal" , "It’s nothing".

　　众所周知，城市管理难以做到所有细节的完美，意外状况难免发生。在这一点上，没有什么能比拥有一群会在临危一刻豁出性命去救人的市民，更加值得我们庆幸和嘉许。

It is well known that city management is difficult to achieve perfection of all the details, unexpected accidents are inevitable. Nothing can be more appreciative and rewarding than having a group of citizens who are ready to rike their life to save people at a critical moment.

　　这样的场景也并不是第一次发生在杭州。3年前的“7·5”公交纵火案发当天，杭城街头就涌现出了众多见义勇为的市民，用他们奋不顾身的义举，为困在熊熊烈火中的乘客们打开了一个个突围的通道，这个英雄的群体后来被评为了全国2014年度法治人物。

Such scene doesn’s happen in Hangzhou for the first time. Three year ago, on the day of the crime“July 5th Bus Burn”, many brave citizens in Hangzhou were regardless of their danger to create safe channels for passengers trapped in roaring flames. The hroic group then were elected as people of legal construction in 2014.

　　灾难面前、危急关头，最能感受一座城市的温度。他们口中的“很正常”的事，却是事关生死的见义勇为和义无反顾。也正是这些闪耀着人性光辉的场景，最终拼凑出了杭州市民的群像，拼凑出了整个城市的气节。这些名字，这些故事，值得被人们屡屡提及，反复传颂。

We can deeply feel the warmth of a city in face of disasters and at a critical juncture. The “common act” spoken from their mouth is exactly the spirit of doing boldly what is righteous in an important juncture of life and death. just these spots shining the briliance of humanity puzzle the images of Hangzhou citizens and the integrity of city. These names and stories deserve being mentioned and eulogized everwhere repetitively.

　　眼下，爱心仍在涌动。网络上血库告急的献血呼吁，得到了网友的集体转发，街头采血点前排起了长队。新闻动态报道的评论区，满是祈祷伤者早日康复的祝福。这也许也很正常，但这难道不也让人感动么？

Friends in the other cities often tell me that they like Hangzhou very much. Besides the fine scenery and historical details, people in the city is friendly enough to “spoil” you. Safe city public security, methodical traffic envionment, warm-hearted citizens make people feel at ease. People in this city become the most beauteous scenery attracting everyone.

　　大爱无言，静水流深。一个地方能陆续出现最美妈妈、最美司机、最美警察等好人美事，从来就不是偶然，背后是成千上万个平凡市民的好人群像。在关键时刻涌现的“大爱”，正是日常生活中无数“小爱”的集中爆发，是最美的土壤孕育出的最美果实。而这些硕果在人间大爱的交互传递中，还会继续成为新的种子，在这片道德高地上生根发芽。这种直抵人心的传承，无惧时间的侵蚀，更将为中华民族深厚的道德积淀增添更多鲜活的时代注解。在杭州，这很正常，但，真的让人很感动。

Great love is without word, still waters run deep. The successive appearance of“the most beautiful” mother, driver, policeman, etc. in a city is never an accidence. What is in the back is the high-quality images of a goup of thousands of common citizens.
