中国网浪潮资讯 美国密歇根州当地时间2017年6月22日，浙江企业三花智控收购三花汽零资产及配套融资获证监会有条件通过，公司股票已复牌。当日，三花汽零美国公司在车城底特律近郊的奥本山市举办了北美技术中心的开业典礼。

CNCAO NEWS   On June 22, 2017 local time, Michigan, USA, Zhejiang enterprise Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co.,Ltd. purchased Sanhua auto parts assets and supporting financing obtained the Securities Regulatory Commission’s conditional approval and the company’s stock have been resumed. On that day, American company of Sanhua auto parts assets held the opening ceremony of the north American technology center in Auburn Hills, near Detroit, the city of vehicle.

　　目前，三花汽零已通过特斯拉、比亚迪、吉利、蔚来汽车等新能源汽车厂商的一级供应商认证，取得了相应产品的供货资质，其中主要产品已与特斯拉签订了战略合作协议。

At present, Sanhua auto parts assets has obtained the first level supplier certification by new energy car manufacturers such as Tesla, Bydauto, Geely and Nextev etc. It has obtained the supply qualification of the corresponding products and the main products have signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tesla.
