中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间6月23日上午，浙江吉利控股集团与马来西亚多元资源工业集团（DRB-HICOM）签约，收购DRB-HICOM旗下宝腾（PROTON）汽车49.9%股份。同时，收购豪华跑车品牌路特斯（Lotus）公司51%的股份。

CNCAO NEWS On the morning of June 23 Beijing Time,Zhejiang Geely Group signed a contract with Malaysia DRB-HICOM and purchased 49.9% shares of DRB-HICOM’s PROTON. At the same time, it purchased 51% shares of Lotus which was a luxury sports car brand.

　　在吉利集团与DRB-HICOM签约之后，马来西亚总理纳吉布坐上吉利博越体验，其中的语音智能系统等先进设施让他感到非常新奇，频频竖起大拇指。

After Geely Group signed with DRB-HICOM, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib sit on Geely Bo Yue to experience.And the intelligent voice system and other advanced facilities of the car made him feel very novel and he gave his thumbs up frequently.

　　马来西亚方面还提出，针对东盟市场，吉利随时可以为宝腾提供排他性特权，吉利还将把宝腾的研发中心设立为其在东盟地区的卓越技术中心，作为对吉利全球已设立的研发中心的重要补充。

Malaysia also put forward that for the ASEAN Market, Geely can provide exclusive privileges for PROTON at any time,and Geely will also set up PROTON's research and development center as its excellent technology center in the ASEAN region as an important complement to the global research and development center established by Geely.

　　据了解，此次吉利集团与DRB-HICOM签约后，将成为吉利集团收购沃尔沃汽车、伦敦出租车公司之后又一次海外并购的大手笔。尽管这次收购的股份为49.9%，但对吉利集团来说，将迎来新一轮技术、人才等资源要素的融合共享，也为中马两国推进“一带一路”做出了企业自身的贡献。
