中国网浪潮资讯 近日，杭州市政府同意发布《杭州市重大建设项目“十三五”规划》。根据规划，到2020年，杭州要推进500个重大建设项目，力争完成重大项目投资1.1万亿元以上。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, the Hangzhou municipal government agreed to issue the “The 13th Five-year Plan of Major Construction Projects of Hangzhou”. According to the plan, Hangzhou will promote 500 major construction projects, and strive to complete more than 1.1 trillion yuan investment to major projects by 2020.

　　据介绍，围绕国际性区域交通枢纽建设，“十三五”期间，杭州将继续加大轨道交通建设力度，大力构建以高速铁路、航空、水运和高速公路为主体的现代化综合运输体系。

According to introduction, based on construction of international regional transportation hub, Hangzhou will continue to strengthen rail transit construction, and build a modern comprehensive transportation system with High speed railway, aviation, water transport and highway as its principal part during the "13th Five-Year" Plan.

　　杭州将全面完成地铁一期、二期工程，积极推进市域轨道富阳线、临安线建设，力争到2019年建成5条地铁线和2条城际线。加快实施地铁三期工程，到2020年建成7号线，通车总里程达250公里，到2022年亚运会前全面建成投运。

Hangzhou will complete the first and second phase metro subway engineering, and actively promote the construction of regional rails like Fuyang line and Ling'an line to strive to build 5 subway lines and 2 intercity lines by 2019. Hangzhou will speed up the implementation of  the third phase metro subway engineering, and build line 7 by 2020. The total mileage will be 250 km, and it will be completed and put into operation before the Asian Games in 2022.

　　在提升航空枢纽国际化水平方面，杭州将积极推进萧山国际机场新一轮总体规划修编，强化萧山空港枢纽的门户地位。加快建设地铁7号线、1号线机场延伸线等萧山机场至中心城区和杭州都市圈城市的快速通道。同时，紧抓国家低空开放契机，扩建建德千岛湖通用机场，规划推进城西、桐庐等一批通用机场。

In the aspect of upgrading internationalization air hub level, Hangzhou will promote a new round of master plan revision of Xiaoshan International Airport actively to strengthen the position of Xiaoshan Air Hub as the gateway. Hangzhou will speed up the construction of fast tracks from Xiaoshan airport to the central city and Hangzhou metropolitan city Metro like line 7, line 1 of airport extension. At the same time, seize the opportunity of national low altitude opening to expand general aviation aerodrome of Jiande Qiandao Lake and plan to promote a number of general aviation aerodrome of west of the city and Tonglu.

　　杭州还将完善主城区过江通道，续建望江路过江隧道，新增望秋立交，加快推进博奥隧道，规划推进艮山东路过江隧道。全面建设主城对外主次干道及新区配套干道，加快推进以萧山滨江一路和滨江二路等为重点的奥体区块框架性路网，积极推进香积寺路西延、金昌路（巨州路—古墩路）、拱康路二期等项目。

Hangzhou will also complete river tunnels of downtown, continue construct Wangjiang Road river tunnel and add Wangqiu overpass as well as accelerate the Boao tunnel and promote East Genshan Road river tunnel. The principal and secondary trunk roads from downtown to external and matching trunk roads of newly liberated area will be built in a comprehensive way and the construction of a frame network of Olympic Sports blocks focusing on No.1 Binjiang Road and No.2 Binjiang Road of Xiaoshan will be accelerated. These projects like the West expansion of Xiangji Road and Jinchang Road (Juzhou Road-Gudun Road), the second phase project of Gongkang Road will be promoted actively.

　　此外，根据规划，杭州将围绕教育、医疗卫生、体育、文化、社会福利及救助等领域，加强优质公共服务设施覆盖，完善基础性公共服务设施布局，增强“幸福感和获得感”。

In addition, according to the plan, Hangzhou will focus on these areas like education, health care, sports, culture, social welfare and assistance to strengthen the coverage of high quality public services and improve the layout of basic public service facilities to enhance the feeling of ”happiness” and “acquisition”.
