中国网浪潮资讯 日前，浙江省财政厅会和浙江省发改委出台了《浙江省浙商回归考核奖励办法》。2016—2017年度，浙江省财政安排了浙商回归考核奖励资金1亿元，对浙商回归工作年度考核优秀的市、县（市、区）给予奖励。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, Department of Finance of Zhejiang Province and Department of Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province have jointly published Measure of Zhejiang Assessment Incentives for the Returning of Zhejiang Merchants. From 2016 to 2017, Department of Finance of Zhejiang Province has arranged 100 million yuan as the assessment reward for the returning of Zhejiang merchants to offer bonus for the cities and counties that are being outstanding in the work of attracting local businessmen to return.

　　据了解，新考核奖励办法采取分级考核方式。对各市浙商回归工作的考核主要采取百分制考核。考核的内容主要为各市完成浙商回归到位资金年度增长目标任务、各市增量占全省增量比重、回归项目结构、项目服务推进和重点工作督评情况，分别占40分、15分、15分、20分和10分。各市对所属县（市、区）的考核办法由各市确定。

It is said that the new reward measure adopts the way for examination at different levels, while the assessment for the returning of Zhejiang merchants in diverse cities adopts the way for hundred mark system appraisals. The main points of the assessment include the targeted task of annual growth for the complete status of paid-in capital of the returning of Zhejiang merchants in distinct cities, the proportion of growth in each city in the total province as a whole, the structure of returned projects and the key job evaluation, which are respectively accounts for 40 points, 15 points, 15 points, 20 points and 10 points. And the way for assessment of each county is decided by its superdominant city.

　　作者还了解到，对浙商回归工作年度考核前5名的市（不含宁波），各奖励1000万元；对各市（不含宁波）浙商回归工作年度考核全市第1名的县（市、区），各奖励500万元。对宁波市以及全市考核第1名的县（市、区）的奖励标准及资金由宁波市自行安排。

Journalist has also known that top 5 cities(except Ningbo) in the assessment will be rewarded 10 million yuan; top 1 county of its city(except Ningbo) will be rewarded 5 million yuan. As for the reward standard as well as the capital of Ningbo and its top 1 county, it will be arranged on their own.

　　相关数据显示，目前在世界各地的浙商超过750万。

Relevant statistics shows that up to now, the number of oversea Zhejiang  merchants has been over 7.5 million.
