中国网浪潮资讯 据杭州海关最新统计，2017年1至4月，舟山全市实现外贸进出口总值241.2亿元，同比增长22.6%。其中，4月份进出口总值达到69.3亿元，同比增长100.2%。

CNCAO NEWS According to the latest statistics from Hangzhou Customs, the total value of foreign trade in whole Zhoushan was 24.12 billion Yuan from January to April in 2017, increasing 22.6% compared with the same time last year. And the total value of imports and exports in April reached 6.93 billion Yuan, increasing 100.2% compared with the same time last year.

　　据了解，随着跨地区直供、港外锚地供油、先供后报、一船多供、一库多供等海关支持浙江自贸试验区建设创新举措的推出，舟山口岸保税油供应量呈急速上升趋势。受此影响，4月全市进口成品油41.2万吨，价值9.5亿元，同比分别增长14.6%和81.7%，拉动进口总值增长25.3个百分点；出口成品油6.4亿元，同比增长70.1%，拉动出口总值增长14.8个百分点。

It is known that the supply of bonded oil in Zhoushan Port is increasing rapidly because of  the implementation of innovation measures like Cross-Regional Direct Supply, Oil Supply from Anchorage Outer Port, Report after Supply, A Ship supplied by more than one way,One Warehouse supplied by more than one place and other measures supporting the construction of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone. As a result, the whole city imported 412,000 tons of refined petroleum products in April which values 950 million Yuan, respectively increasing 14.6 % and 81.7 % compared with the same time last year, pulling GDP up 25.3 %. Exports of refined petroleum products were 6.4 billion Yuan, increasing 70.1% compared with the same time last year, driving exports up 14.8 %.

　　数据显示，4月，舟山全市进口粮食22.4万吨，价值6.6亿元，同比分别增长28.2%和53.5%；进口原油19.2万吨，价值5.3亿元（去年同期无数据）；进口铁矿砂72.1万吨，价值4.4亿元（去年同期无数据）。三者分别拉动舟山进口总值增长13.6、31.3、26.0个百分点。

According to data, Zhoushan imported 224,000 tons of grain in April which values 660 million Yuan, respectively increasing 28.2% and 53.5% compared with the same time last year. Imports of crude oil were 19.20 million tons which values 530 million yuan (There was no data for the same period last year). Imports of iron ore were 721, 000 tons which values 440 million Yuan (There was no data for the same period last year). The three factors separately pulled Zhoushan's imports increasing 13.6%, 31.3% and 26.0%.

　　出口方面，金海重工股份有限公司建造的9400标准箱集装箱船、18万吨散货船，以及常石集团（舟山）造船有限公司的2艘完工船舶均于4月成交，当月舟山市累计出口船舶7艘，同比增加75%；价值14.7亿元，同比增长2.4倍，拉动全市出口总值增长58.6个百分点。

In Exports, 9,400 tons standard box container ship and 180,000 tons bulk carrier built by Jinhai Heavy Industries co. LTD and 2 ships completed by Changshi Group (Zhoushan) shipbuilding co.LTD clinched a deal in April, and Zhoushan totally accumulative to export 7 ships in the month, increasing 75% compared with the same time last year; It was worth 1.47 billion Yuan, increasing 2.4 times compared with the same time last year, pulling the total export value of the city increasing 58.6%.
