　　近年来，一批拥有深厚制造业根基及资本优势的浙江企业，也频频将海外并购的目的地瞄向了德国，借势提升自己的生产和研发水平。

In recent years, a batch of Zhejiang enterprises with strong manufacturing base and capital advantage frequently have Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions targets towards Germany which improves self-producing and Research and Development(R&D) levers by chance.

　　从跨国并购到融合发展，2013年正泰集团收购了Conergy旗下法兰克福奥登市的组件厂，为当地创造了200多个就业岗位。正泰集团借助德国工厂，实现了光伏组件生产的国际化。正泰还陆续从中国工厂派出技术、生产、信息等方面的员工到德国工厂学习，将德国先进的制造经验引进本土，为智能制造注入了新活力。

Chint Group purchased a component factory of Conergy in Auden City of Frankfurt and created more than 200 jobs for the region in 2013 from Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions to Integrative Development. Chint Group has achieved international production of photovoltaic modules with the help of German factories. Chint also gradually sent staffs in technology, production, information and other aspects to study from German factory, introducing Germany advanced manufacturing experience to local and injecting new vitality into intelligent manufacturing .

　　据浙江省商务厅统计，浙江在德国投资累计共有329家企业，投资总额为17.26亿美元，其中中方投资总额为16.56亿美元。投资主要集中在批发业、零售业和纺织业等行业。

According to the statistics from Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, there are 329 Zhejiang enterprises investing in Germany with a total investment of $1.726 billion which includes Chinese investment of $1.656 billion. The investment is concentrated in the Wholesale Industry, Retail Industry, Textile Industry and other industries.
