中国网浪潮资讯 日前，宁波民企金瑞泓科技股份有限公司牵头的“8英寸硅片研发与产业化及12英寸硅片关键技术研究”项目通过中国科技部验收，成为国家科技重大专项。这标志着中国大直径硅片国产化进程迈出重要一步。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, the project of "Research, Development and Industrialization towards 8-inch Silicon Wafer, and Research on Key Technologies of 12-inch Silicon Wafer", led by Jin-Rui-Hong Tech. Co. Ltd., a private enterprise in Ningbo, has obtained acceptance of Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) as well as becoming National Scientific and Technological Major Project, which represents a major step toward the localization of large-size silicon wafers.

　　集成电路芯片是信息时代的核心基石，而硅片又是集成电路和分立器件制造核心基础材料。在中国，硅片的单月需求量超过70万片，但是国内半导体企业的供应量不到10万片，大尺寸硅片长期依赖进口。

Integrated circuit chip plays core fundamental role in Information Age, while silicon wafer is the core infrastructure to manufacture circuit along with discrete device. In China, the needs of silicon wafers could be as many as over 700,000 per month, yet the supply offered by domestic companies of semiconductor could not reach the number of 100,000, which causes our long-term dependence on importing large-size silicon wafers.

　　2006年，中国科技部颁发《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》，将“极大规模集成电路制造装备与成套工艺专项”确定为16个重大专项之一。

In 2006, according to National Program for Medium-to-Long-Term Scientific and Technological Development published by MOST, the project of "special equipment for large scale integrated circuit manufacturing and complete sets of technology" has been settled as one of the 16 major projects.

　　截至目前，金瑞泓科技共获相关授权发明专利35项，制定行业标准40余项，同时也成为国内唯一拥有硅单晶锭、硅研磨片、硅抛光片、硅外延片等全系产品生产能力的半导体企业，具备月产12万片抛光片、5万片外延片的产能。

Up to now, Jin-Rui-Hong Tech. Co. Ltd. has already acquired 35 inventions of related issued patents, established more than 40 industry standards, which is also the only semiconductor entreprise with productivity of whole-line products, including silicon ingot, grinding sheet, polishing sheet, epitaxial wafer and so on, as well as the capacity of producing 120,000 silicon polishing sheets and 50,000 epitaxial wafers per month.

　　宁波是中国知名的集成电路材料基地，在全国处于领先地位。目前，宁波已首期规模100亿元、按市场化机制运行的集成电路产业投资基金。

Ningbo, the nationally well-known integrated circuit material base of China, takes the lead in the entre county. Currently, it has funded reserve for industry of integrated circuit which is operating according to market mechanism with the first-stage scale of 10 billion yuan.
