中国网浪潮资讯 近日，杭州当地媒体发布一份成绩单，称致力于打造世界名城的杭州成绩斐然：五年年均增长9.0%，并成功迈入全国 “万亿元GDP俱乐部”，“一座以信息经济为引领、高端服务业为主导的创新活力之都跃然眼前”。

　　CNCAO NEWS Recently, local media of Hangzhou post a transcript saying that Hangzhou made brilliant achievements in devoting to making World city: grown 9.0% per year in five years, and successfully stepped into national “trillion-yuan GDP club”. “An innovative, energetic city directed by information economy, and led by high-end services is vividly on sight”.

　　在信息经济方面，杭州于2014年发布《关于加快发展信息经济的若干意见》，将发展信息经济和智慧应用成为举全市之力加以推进的“一号工程”

　　In the aspect of information economy, Hangzhou issued A Number of opinions On the Accelerated Development of Information Economy     in 2014, making developing information economy and intelligent application become “Project One” which mobilized the whole city to promote.  

　　在“一号工程”的引领之下，杭州信息经济连续两年均以超过20%的增速发展，2016年对GDP增长贡献率更是超过50%。目前，杭州信息经济的“爆点效应”横跨第一、二、三产业。

　　Through the lead of “Project One , Hangzhou information economy developed by more than 20% for two years in a row and account for more than 50% of GDP growth in 2016. Now “explosive point effect” of Hangzhou information economy is across primary, secondary and tertiary industry.

　　而在高端服务业方面，杭近年来陆续出台一系列政策，在服务业人才个人引进、项目用地、集聚区建设、股权投资、支持企业做大做强等方面均有新的突破。

　　And in the aspect of high-end services, Hangzhou continuously promulgated a series of policy in recent years. And made new breakthroughs in fields of introducing talents in service sector, land for projects, construction of gathering zones, equity investment, supporting enterprises bigger and stronger,.

　　自2016年杭州成为中国国家发改委确定的国家服务业综合改革试点以来，杭州服务业增加值年均增长超过10%，大大高于GDP平均增速。服务业对杭州经济的主导作用已经完全确立。去年G20杭州峰会的召开，也让高端服务业成为巨大红利的受益者。

　　Since Hangzhou became comprehensive reform experimental unit set by China National Development and Reform Commission in 2016, added value of Hangzhou services averaging an annual growth rate of over 10%, which is much higher than average growth rate of GDP. Services’ leadership for Hangzhou economy has completely established. Held G20 Hangzhou Summit last year made high-end services become beneficiaries of huge bonus.  

　　5月中旬，习近平主席在“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛上提出，要推动大数据、云计算、智慧城市建设，连接成21世纪的数字丝绸之路。至此，“一带一路”倡议进入全面展开的新阶段。

　　In the middle of May, President Xi Jinping in Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation put forward that promote connecting big data, cloud computing, smart city construction into Digital Silk Road of 21st century. So far, The Belt and Road initiative stepped into a full-blown new stage.  

　　早在2015年3月，杭州获批全国首个跨境电子商务综合试验区，并对“数字丝绸之路”的建设积极探索。

　　As early as March, 2015, Hangzhou was approved nation’s first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zone, and actively explored the construction of “Digital Silk Road”.  

　　2016年底，杭州综试区联合阿里巴巴集团提出要建设全球首个eWTP“实验区”；2017年3月，马来西亚与阿里巴巴共同启动了中国以外的第一个eWTP“实验区”，即丝绸之路的“新驿站”。

　　In the end of 2016, Hangzhou comprehensive experimental Zone with Alibaba Group put forward that construct the world’s first eWTP “Experimental Zone”. In March 2017, Malaysia with Alibaba launched the first eWTP “experimental Zone” out of China, which is “new post house” of Silk Road.   

　　下一步，在互联网和电商发展的新形势下，杭州综试区打造的国际网络贸易中心，还将为数字丝绸之路的构建贡献积极力量。

　　Next step, under new situation of the development of Internet and e-commerce, Hangzhou comprehensive experimental community built the center of international network trade, which will contribute positive strength to the architecture of Digital Silk Road.
