中国网浪潮资讯 近日，杭州海关宣布查获一起“洋垃圾”走私案，抓获犯罪嫌疑人4名，共计查获电解铝阳极炭块残极3083.37吨。这是“国门利剑2017”联合专项行动开展以来，杭州海关查获的最大一起“洋垃圾”走私案。

CNCAO NEWS  Recently,Hangzhou Customs announced a case that they captured thousands tons of smuggled“Foreign Garbage”and arrested 4 suspects,in a total of 3,083.37 tons of residual anode carbon blocks for aluminium. This is the largest smuggled“Foreign Garbage”case has seized by Hangzhou Customs since the launch of the "International Sword 2017" Joint Special Operations .

　　据介绍，这3083.37吨“洋垃圾”分别是在温州口岸和深圳口岸分三次截获，均由同一家河南公司以“人造石墨材料”的名义申报进口。

According to introduction,the 3,083.37 tons of “Foreign Garbage”are respectively captured in Wenzhou Port and Shenzhen Port in three times, , which are declared import by the same company in Henan in the name of "Artificial Graphite Material".

　　其中，今年3月下旬，杭州海关在温州口岸查获1075吨；同时，根据杭州海关的线索，深圳海关在深圳口岸查获1002.5吨。4月25日，在深圳蛇口口岸再次成功拦截下一批残极碎，共计1005.87吨。经鉴定，此三批“人造石墨材料”均为中国禁止进口的固体废物——电解铝阳极炭块残极。

Actually in late march, Hangzhou Customs seized 1,075 tons in Wenzhou Port.Meanwhile, according to clues provided by Hangzhou Customs, Shenzhen Customs seized 1,002.5 tons in the Shenzhen Port. On April 25th , the next batch of electrolytic aluminum anode with carbon residue was successfully captured at Shenzhen Shekou Port,totaled 1,005.87 tons. The three batches of "Artificial Graphite Material" were identified as “Solid Waste”, which were also called residual anode carbon blocks for aluminium banned by China.

　　据杭州海关介绍，他们在今年年初已经对该河南公司介入暗中调查。当时，杭州海关在温州口岸发现该公司于去年12月向温州海关申报进口一批“人造石墨材料”。

According to the introduction from Hangzhou Customs, they involved in the investigation of the Henan Company earlier this year. At that time, Hangzhou Customs found the company declare importing a batch of "Artificial Graphite Material" to Wenzhou Customs in last December.

　　今年4月至5月，杭州海关先后抓获该公司主要负责人赵某父子等4位犯罪嫌疑人。经查，目前在温州、深圳口岸查获的“人造石墨材料”是该公司进口的首批次货物，其计划进口总量为3万吨。

From April to May this year, Hangzhou Customs successively arrested four suspects, including Zhao and his father who led the company. Through verification,The "Artificial Graphite Material"  now seized in Wenzhou Port and Shenzhen Port are the first first batch of goods imported by the company, they planned totally to import 30 thousand tons. 

　　目前，案件正在进一步调查中。

Now,a further investigation of the case is under way.
