近日，有关“国际丝路联盟总部落户杭州”的传闻在中国浙江引起热议。浙江省政府办公厅相关负责人证实了这一传闻，并透露该机构将参与萧山湘湖金融小镇等相关项目的建设。

　　Recently, the hearsay about that“International Silk Road Alliance will headquarter in Hangzhou” have aroused heated discussions in Zhejiang, China. Zhejiang provincial government general office responsible person confirmed this hearsay, and revealed that this organization will participate in the construction of Xianghu, Xiaoshan financial town and other related projects.

　　国际金融论坛（IFF）是独立的，非盈利、非官方国际组织，由中国、美国、欧盟等20多个国家和地区，联合国及相关国际组织、全球金融机构和领导人共同发起成立，是全球金融领域高级别常设对话、交流和研究机构，2003年10月创立于中国北京。

　　IFF is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental international organizations, it was launched and founded by more than 20 countries and regions like China, the United States and the European Union, the United Nations and relevant international organizations, global financial institutions and leaders. It is a senior permanent dialogue, exchange and research institution in the global financial field. It was founded in Beijing, China in October 2003.
