中国网浪潮资讯 日前，《杭州市人民政府关于加快推进钱塘江金融港湾建设的实施意见》面向社会征求意见。该实施意见显示，杭州钱塘江金融港湾将加强与香港、纽约、伦敦等国际金融中心城市的交流合作，吸引境外金融机构入股本土法人金融机构。

CNCAO NEWS  Recently, Implementing Opinions of Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government about Accelerating the Construction of the Qiantang River Financial Harbor has been asking the public for advice. The implementing opinions indicated that Hangzhou Qiantang River Financial Harbor would strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other international financial center cities such as Hongkong, New York and London and attract overseas financial institutions to invest in local legal person financial institutions.

　　钱塘江金融港是浙江省政府的重点项目。根据规划，杭州将在2020年前将钱塘江两岸打造成高端金融聚集地。目前，杭州金融业发展位于中国前列。

The Qiantang River Financial Harbor is the major project of Zhejiang government. According to the plan, Hangzhou will make both sides of the Qiantang River be the high-end financial gathering places before 2020. Now, the development of Hangzhou's financial industry is at the forefront of China.
