中国网浪潮资讯 日前，中国小吃、浙江省非物质文化遗产“缙云烧饼”入选意大利米兰中国文化节重点中华名吃展示项目，亮相意大利米兰、摩德纳多市。当地民众与华侨对此赞不绝口。

　　在米兰，当地民众在接受采访时表示，中国的饮食文化享誉世界，尝到了工艺独特、别有风味的“缙云烧饼”实在感到荣幸，并希望这一美食常能在意大利品尝到。

　　意大利北部丽水同乡会会长周蓉芬说，在异国他乡尝到家乡的味道倍感亲切，这次意大利北部丽水同乡会能助力“缙云烧饼”这一浙江非物质文化遗产走入欧洲，全会成员都感到非常荣幸。

　　而在工业、农业重镇摩德纳，原本计划制作两百个左右的烧饼在源源不断从各地闻讯而来华人华侨一再要求最终共制作了达五百多个，最后仍不能完全满足大家的需求。

In Modena, industry and agriculture town, originally planned to make about two hundred Jinyun clay oven rolls, at last made about five hundred at total because of the demands of Chinese and overseas Chinese from place to place.finally still cannot fully satisfied the needs of everyone.
