据财政部网站消息,从明年1月1日开始,中央和国家机关差旅住宿费将执行新的标准。至此,公务员出差时的“吃住行”全都重新划定了红线,标准也越来越细。今后出差可得注意了,千万别超标,否则后果很严重,违规资金不但会被追回,还可能被通报处分。
According to news from department of finance, from 1st, Jan, 2016, travelling expenses of central and national units will execute new standard. So far, eating, living and transporting of civil servants have been all reclassified, and the standard is more and more detailed. From now on, when going business trip, it is necessary to pay attention that not to exceed, unless result will be severe. Not only regulation-breaking funds will be taken back, but also you will be notice for sanction.
根据新调整标准，住宿花费方面有不同幅度的提升。财政部表示,调整的原因是近两年全国各地区宾馆住宿费价格变动,以及实际工作需要。而且值得注意的是,在拉萨、西宁、哈尔滨、海口、大连、青岛这6座城市引入了淡旺季的概念,标准可上浮20%-50%。这一调整,也是从实际出发的务实之举。
According to the new standard, fee of accommodation has increased in different range. Department of finance said that the reason of adjustment is that in recent years, fee of accommodation in hotels of different regions changed, and need of actual work. What need to pay attention to is that in Lhasa, Xining, Harbin, Haikou, Dalian and Qingdao, the concept of low and peak seasons, the standard can float 20%-50%. This adjustment is also practical action which is realistic.
此外，很多人出差,当地都会进行接待,这方面也有严格标准。《党政机关国内公务接待管理规定》指出,确因工作需要,接待单位可以安排工作餐一次,并严格控制陪餐人数。接待对象在10人以内的,陪餐人数不得超过3人;超过10人的,不得超过接待对象人数的三分之一。
Besides, when people go for business trip, the local will prepare for reception. And there is also a severe standard in this aspect. <Management rules of domestic official reception to party and government organizations> pointed out that, if there is need of work indeed, the host organization can arrange for once working meal, but quantity of people who accompany should be controlled severely.
