旅游业是一个关联度高、带动力大、辐射面广、经济乘数效应高的综合性产业，而旅游项目是旅游产业发展的根基，承接左右，渗透各方，涵盖经济文化社会各领域，关联吃住行游购娱整条旅游产业链，标志着一个地方旅游业的发展水平，引领着一个地方旅游业的发展方向，既是实施“旅游强省”战略的重要载体和支撑，又是“大旅游”建设的关键点和突破口。
Tourism industry is a comprehensive one which has high relevancy, big driving force, wide radiating surface, and high efficiency of economic multipliers. And tourism project is the foundation of tourism industry, which undertake and osmosis every territories, and is correlation to the whole link of tourism industry, symbolizing development level, attracting development direction of local tourism. It is not only important support and vector of “strong province of tourism” strategy, but also key point and sally port of establishment to “big tourism”.
旅游业发展到现在，已经进入成熟发展期、产业转型期和矛盾凸显期，依靠噱头取悦式的炒作、投机取巧式的开发，已难以适应市场需求、广泛吸引游客，必须以大手笔、大气魄的旅游项目开发，赢得先机、抢得主动。
Till now, tourism industry has entered period of mature development, industry transformation and contradiction prominent. Depending on speculation with stunts, exploitation with opportunistic, tourism has been difficult to meet need of market and attract visitors extensively. It is necessary to exploit new projects to win opportunities and gain initiative.
着力彰显特色、打造精品，建设打造一批国际旅游精品项目，升级培育一批国内知名景区，做优做强地域特色品牌，引进开发一批新型旅游业态产品，已是势在必行。
Exert itself to manifest feature, forge boutique, build a series of international good-quality tourism project, upgrade and cultivate many famous domestic scenic spots, strengthen regional feature brand, introduce and exploit a new type production of tourism, has been imperative.
浙江全省各地高度重视旅游项目建设，正在像抓工业项目、民生项目、重大基础设施项目一样抓旅游重大项目，以旅游项目大建设抢占新一轮旅游业发展制高点。
The whole Zhejiang attach importance to establishment of tourism project, and grasp important tourism project like industry, people’s livelihood and infrastructure projects, to seize commanding height of development in new turn of tourism development with big establishment of tourism projects.
