据浙江省宁波市口岸办消息，宁波获得海关总署、国家邮政局、中国邮政集团等机构批复设立国际邮件互换局（交换站）。作为外贸大市和全国首批跨境贸易电子商务服务试点城市，宁波获批国际邮站将为国内跨境电商开启方便之门。
According to the news from Ningbo Port Office, Ningbo is approved to establish International mail exchange stations. As the first pilot city for cross-border e-commerce service and foreign trade city, the approval of establishing international post station of Ningbo brings more convenience for domestic cross-border e-commerce.
宁波跨境贸易电子商务服务一直走在国内前列，目前，累计获得外贸经营权的企业有2万余家，出口邮包数量逐年增加。但是出口方面由于国际邮件互换局的缺失，跨境电子商务业务须以邮包、快件方式从上海、杭州出境，大大制约了跨境电子商务的发展。
Ningbo has always been in the forefront on the aspect of cross-border e-commerce. Currently, more than 20,000 enterprises acquire the qualifications of foreign trade and the number of export parcels has increased year by year. However, as for the lack of exchanging offices for international mails, the cross-border e-commerce business must export from Shanghai, Ningbo in the means of parcels or express deliveries which greatly restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce.
而此次宁波国际邮件互换局的设立，将实现与境外邮政机构直接交换国际邮件，使国际邮件在宁波口岸直接通关，极大地减少跨境电商企业国际邮件流通环节，缩短邮件进出口时间。（作者：俞舒珺综合报道）
